1. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with tags.

  • Have an approved return request from our customer service team before being sent back.

  • Include proof (photos and/or videos) in the case of damaged or defective items.

Any item returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

2. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us at contact@eleevenbrand.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • The reason for the return

  • Photos/videos if the product is damaged or defective

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address by email.

 

3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used or damaged items after delivery

  • Items without original packaging

  • Gift cards

 

4. Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

  • If approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 7–14 business days after we receive the returned item.

  • Please note: depending on your bank or payment provider, additional time may be required for the refund to appear on your account.

5. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or if the return is due to an error on our part, we will cover the return shipping costs.
